Stereo to mono?

So, I finally got a guitar track the way I wanted it and then noticed that I hasn't changed from stereo to left mono, as is my custom. Can I change it after the fact?

Right click it and select Convert to Mono. the Left Mono would be the input.

I do not see that option. I have changed the input like i always do but after the fact. It shows Left Mono in the track properties but hasn't changed to one line in the edit veiw. Is it changed?

Did you right click the Clip? That's how it works in Sonar 8.5 and I thought ti was the same in SHS7. Changing the input shouldn't have any effect on audio already recorded.

I don't see it there. I am a newby and maybe I'm missing it but I don't see it.
Thanks for trying. I will just re-record it, I suppose.

Bob, you can bounce it to a mono track.
Highlight your track and select Edit>Bounce to Track
In the pop-up, select Tracks as the source category.
If your guitar track is only on the left side of the stereo track, select Split Mono in the Channel Format box.
If it is centered in the stereo field, select Mono.
Make sure the appropriate boxes are checked for automation in the Mix Enables section.
    Hit OK.
    Delete the unneeded tracks.
It takes much longer to read this than to actually do it.
You should have this option in SHS6 and SHS7( not sure what you are using).

    Hello Robert,
Long time. I've been neglecting my recording. Working on it again a little. Impetus is writing again.
    Thanks, I'll do this later.
