Thanks for the heads up. It's working fine here too.
I hope they keep tweaking & developing this. It's one of the best out there.

I'm currently working on a Steely Dan reference X1 project with all my drum vsti's & was very surprised that SSD4 came the closest & with the less amount of tweaking out of all of them.

    Stinga

Thanks for the heads up - I never seem to get any notifications from Slate themselves, I always learn about these updates here in the forum - one of the great things about our forum I think!
    Cheers

Yeah Thanks!,there was supposed to be a GUI update but after installing 1.098,I still can't see the bottom of the mixer page,on my 768x1366 laptop,it's only the very bottom part where the slider thing is to see all the channels, and it's not a problem with my 1080p 24" acer monitor.

Apparently mac with their 2560 x ?? screen has the same problem, but not a big deal,I just thought S Slate said it would be fixed with the next UD after 1.097[but I may be mistaken it seems]

I hadn't realized that it didn't show - due to a feature in my DAW software which allows to collapse the plug-in's shell header.

Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to even get to the output assignment.

Anyway, I can't figure out why they felt it needed to be so big - there's such a waste of space. Sounds great, but the GUI is as ugly and clunky as it gets.

Have to agree Rain there is nothing good about the GUI, but got to say as an edrummer, nothing touches it for response and sound...IMHO.

Great that they are improving the plugin, the sounds are great in my opinion.
One thing I wish in the GUI is to be able to enter numeric values with the keyboard for all the parameters and to ctrl or alt click the buttons to return to their default position.

    Thanks for the heads up!!

The entire mixer section needs a redo. For one thing when you're changing outs with the drop down box at the bottom it can easily reset the volume to 0 if you click just a tad to close to the strip.
Also if you've ever tried routing it into Sonar either using mono or stereo channels it can get very convoluted.
