StevenSlateDrums Platinum failure

I did an upgrade on a desktop machine that has fresh install of W7. Presets are not loading samples.

I have the installation files on an external drive so I downloaded the files from the site to rule out corruption.

Moved SSD folder to different drives - no change.
Look for possible registry problems. Not listed.
Tried 32 bit version - no change.
Tried multiple DAWs (Studio One, Reaper, Live 9) and Cantabile - no change.

All kits and samples are present in the GUI. Library is correct size (over 9GB) Clicking, dragging does not load samples.

Noticed the system attributes for the presets were set for Battery 3. That doesn't seem to be the problem.
 
The fault is not with a DAW.  The behavior is the same in Sonar, FL, Live and Reaper.

    Did you load the license file?
