Still getting billed monthly for Sonar after I signed up for the lifetime subsciption.

I signed up for the lifetime subscription for Sonar Platinum a couple of weeks ago, but today I got charged another monthly bill for my old month to month subscription.  I thought that once I signed up for the lifetime subscription, I wouldn't get billed anymore??!?!?

Was it an error, or am I missing something?

You have to go to your account on the website and cancel your monthly subscription yourself. Contact Cakewalk for a refund for the payment.

Thanks for the helpful info.  As I posted in another thread, I think when you switch from a monthly plan to a yearly or lifetime plan, they should caution you in big red letters to cancel your monthly subscription.  Apparently I'm not the only one that missed that useful little bit of information.
