Strange Behavior When Using Command Center

I've posted a short video of my laptop screen (new Asus) showing a problem I haven't been able to resolve since day one with this particular laptop running Windows 10.  When we download updates from the CCC we are offered the several SONAR videos to watch while our computer updates...right?  Well, the small window that has those videos does not behave nicely, as you will see in the video.  Please have a look and let me know if you might know what's happening.  At no other time with any other software does this behavior show itself.  Thanks.

Hi. This seems to me to be a graphics card issue.
What kind of graphic card do you have, and do you have the latest drivers for it?
What is the resolution on your screen?
All the best.

I agree with Ken, this does look like a graphics card issue. I would search for a new version for your onboard card.
Also which version of Command center are you running ?

Hi Friends,

The graphics card is an NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 950M and everything is up to date. I can't say that this behavior is derailing my work flow [yet], it isn't, but it would be helpful to know what causes it. The laptop is a fairly high end Asus that's only a few months old.  It's got an i7, 16 gigs of the latest ram, an SSD as well as 2 terabytes on a standard internal drive.  For a laptop this thing smokes!  The screen resolution tho is 3840 X 2160 and I believe there's a glitch somewhere that confuses the CCC video window to the point that it cannot decide how to display. I tried setting the resolution to 1080 but that didn't fix the issue.  It's just strange.
And yes, the CCC is also up to date and I'm running the latest SPLAT iteration...
I'm not losing sleep over it but any other suggestions would be cool.  Thanks!

Sometimes with cases like this, rolling the driver back to an earlier version can fix the problem, assuming you are running with the latest one.

That's crazy and could cause my brain to wig out if I had to watch that again.
You must be like, Oh great another month, another update - here we go again!

Know that you can update outside of CCC and download and install updates like "normal" here:
