Strange Effects Browser Behaviour: Anyone else?

When I hit Ctrl/ Save or mouse File/ Save, all the effect directories I have displayed in my effects browser open up to display their contents. Then "FX Chain" at the bottom, highlights. I don't have any other keybinding assigned to Ctrl/ Save.
Anyone else see this?

Also I have random screen scrolling. In other words, it appears that I have the scroll lock button down when in fact I dont. This happens, well, let's say half the time.

I'm only editing one single V/O track with a single Waves Channel Strip.

    Right. This seems to be a bug in Sonar Plus. Can someone check this?
