Strange Graphics Behavior In Console View in Sonar Platinum
I have the current release of Platinum and am experiencing some weird things in the Console View. Some modules in the ProChannel (expanded view) disappear randomly and re-appear if I close and reopen the expanded view. Also, sometimes I will turn the entire ProChannel on, and can hear the difference and see the blue light indicating that it's on, but none of the modules act as if they are on. In other words, meters don't move, the module's signal indicator doesn't light up or change colors, etc. Has anyone else seen this? I'm using 2 monitors and have the console view on my 2nd monitor.

I have the same graphical glitches that you describe. I am also using two monitors - and only notice this behavior on the second monitor. I don't have the other proChannel issue you describe.

What video card are you using?
Are you using the latest video card drivers? It also, albeit rarely, could be indicative of a failing video card.

Using the NVidia card that came w my computer w latest drivers. I don't see how this can have anything to do with the video card going bad. Certain ProChannel modules disappear from the strip, while everything else is still there. The modules in a specific strip don't respond, but others do. This is software related not hardware. Only having graphics problems in Sonar. Thanks for trying to help, though.

For what it is worth - I just tried to reproduce this in a project that I consistently had this behavior so I could take a screen shot of it, and there were 0 glitches. There were always glitches for me when I had console view in the multi-dock on my second monitor in this project. The only thing I have changed since the last time I worked on this song was my recording interface. I went from a Steinberg MR816x to a Tascam uh-7000 - so maybe the mr816x drivers were causing the problems??

What is the resolution set to on the monitor that has the issue? At anything other than 100 % I have seen many strange things. I think this is a known condition.

They are both set to their native resolution which is 1600 x 900.

notscruffy2 And what Scaling?
That I don't know. I'd have to check later when I go to the studio. What should I be looking for?

100% works here. I tried to increase to gain some faders but if got weird. I think Noel has commented on this and it is a known issue.

It's an intermittent issue for me. Doesn't happen all the time. I know that on the channel I was having trouble with I had either the Rematrix Reverb or Breverb module enabled. Have a feeling it could be related to that.

notscruffy2 And what Scaling?
Scaling was set to aspect ratio and to be performed on GPU. Is this not the proper setting? Just changed it to full screen to see if changes anything.
