Strange Issues Moving Projects From 32bit Sys to 64bit

Is there something I'm not aware of here?

I've been experiencing strange issues when I try to add tracks of various kinds to projects that were created on my old DAW (32bit X1dEx).

When I do the same work in a new project that I start on the 64 bit machine these issues don't exist...

The first was with a plugin (I know.... It's the plugin's fault)... It's VSampler 3 commercial release. If I load in my favorite bass samples and feed it the MIDI track that was used to run it's DXi counterpart on the 32bit machine, the pitch all goes haywire... If I turn off the wheel controoler I'm using to apply Vibrato (with an LFO assigned to pitch), the pitches return to normal.... The tracks are clean. The only controllers are the few modwheel that turn the vibrato on/off and one pitch bend at the very beginning... Not that if I remove th wheel info, the problem still exists and there are equal pairs of on/off commands for the vibrato. this works fine in 32bit with the DXi. I try recording a new midi track and the same problem occurs.

If I start a new project and use the same patch in the VSTi (32bit) version of the same sampler and record a new track all is well.

OK... Maybe the plugin in some manner...

But then this...

Different project going from the same 32bit machine to the same 64bit...

If I add a track and record, my playback of the new audio track is weirdly out of sync...

If I start a new project and record a track, all is fine....

What am I missing here?

BTW... I dislike this interface (Tascam US1800) and I will be returning it in the next couple of days...

Thanks...
Keni
