Strange Vertical Lines In PRV Controller Pane (CbB)

Never seen these before. They are in the CC:64 Sustain Pedal pane. They appear to be attached to a note as they can move with the note when it's moved.
 
If I stretch the note away from it's original location and away from the lines, they become disconnected. If I move the note back over the lines they become reattached. I am unable to select the lines or do anything with them. If I delete the notes they disappear. Graphical glitch??
 
After replacing the notes with new ones and cleaning up the Pedal Controllers for the entire track, I hit the space bar to play it and CbB crashed.
 
The track is a MIDI track created in another DAW and saved as a .mid file, then dragged into CbB. Two 3rd party softsynths were loaded as well, so this may explain it.
