Strange but...

A while back I posted about my first project with X2a - a collab with Warren.

It was addressing not only all the problems I had with it but also explaining why
it had part of a "dummy" lead - intentional for Warren to record by but not intended for
the final works. The problem was I couldn't record anything else in that project for
unknown reasons to me. It is still that way after hours trying to locate the reason(s).

I finally decided to record the lead part in a different project and then import it to see
if it would take- it did. Strange but the only way I could finish the job.

I notified Warren and sent a link...for whatever reasons he didn't update the post in
the songs forum.
I decided to post a link here for those that wanted to hear it completed. Also so I can
rest easy knowing I've completed what he ask me to do....and wanted my friends here
to know that I did.

FWIW....here it is.

How are you doing what I've long assumed were 12 string parts?

The guitars sound great all through the song.

If he says "a 12 string" I gonna have an ah-hah moment.

    Thank you Jan.

Mike I just used to acoustic parts -the one on left has a capo.

I tried to mix the lead in after import - I really think something in that project
is corrupt as it will freeze and blast out a maddening mid freq. tone. The only
way to stop it is force a PC shut-down.

Not happy with the lead but I've done all I can or even care to...hasn't been what
I call a fun project. Glad it's over.
