Strange things...

So since Friday I've spent the better part of my awake hours (until yesterday).. installing software..Mainly reinstalling WIndows 10 (because iLok and Pro Tools decided to mess things up).. and then my DAW's.. among them I launched Command Center.. and resintalled ALL my stuff from there.. last night when I checked Command Center.. ONLY Sonar and it's "section" were showing GREEN.. none of the other VSTi's, Pro Channel modules, etc.. showed up as being installed in Control Center.. 
 
Did anyone else experience such tomfoolery as well?
