Strum Acoustic

Working on a project where I am using tracks from Band in a box and regular Sonar X3 synths.
Everything was working fine on all the differents tracks. I have Lounge Lizard and SI bass which are operating as they should be. However when I inserted Strum acoustic and played on my keyboard, the sounds that were coming out were the drum/percussion sounds as well as the guitar Strum Acoustic sounds.
To test the situation I started a new project, inserted Strum Acoustic and everything was fine......Strum Acoustic sound only.

What am I doing wrong????

Thank you in advance for your help.

Check and make sure that your drum/percussion sounds are not on the same input channel as the Strum Acoustic.

The reason people say the vinyl sounds better is because the music was better.

Also, make sure your Preferences are set to echo current (selected) track and turn echo off on other tracks.

Thank you. Problem solved. Had to do with the Echo being turned on on the drum track.

Happens to me all the time, I used to think that I was following the drum track insanely close...
