Studio Drums - question
I finished a few songs and wanted to add fills and cymbal crashes.
Is that possible? I found the intro and ending to the beat that I chose but cannot find any fills or crashes....
I can use my own kit but that would suck b/c I am not good enough in the beat laboratory area.
Any suggestions?

Just about anything is possible in the recording world-BUT- you might not like the results. My advice is to find a good drum loop program like
http://www.betamonkeymusic.com/
They use real drums and drummers!! You can copy, cut and paste your way to kicking pro drum tracks in a very short time!!
You may have to re do some things because timing might not match. But the end result is what it's all about. I think you owe it to yourself and your music to be happy and create more-not edit yourself into boredom or frenzy-I know I've done BOTH!! The drums I've done for the song I've been working on FOREVER I'm very happy with. They've been done for a long time. Other than that IDK-You could time travel back to 1987 and be me-sitting in my bed room with a Boss Dr. Rhythm 220-E sayin' "Dude this SUX!!"
Good luck to ya Brother!!
I got REAL tired of having nothing new-so crank something OLD!!
