Studio Installation HELP!

I'm experiencing a problem trying to install Sonar x1 Studio on my desktop.  I insert the disk and nothing happens.  I select the drive and it's blank.  I checked the disk on my laptop and it worked fine.  Other disk auto plays when I insert them.
 
I checked the requirements for Sonar and I noticed for XP you need SP3.  I had SP3 on my laptop but SP2 on my desktop.  So I upgraded and it still didn't work.
 
Has anyone experienced this or have any idea what I need to do?

    You do have a DVD drive on you desktop? Its not a CD.
