Studio Instruments Problem

Hi,
I am using Studio Instruments with Cubase 4, and I have a problem with the bass guitar, the strings section and the electric piano, the drums are OK.
When I play without recording or when I play a pattern from the program, everything is fine, but when I record something and I hear my recording, it sounds bad.
Every note is stuck for a long time and it sound like a big mess.

I hope you can help me,
Noam

There were some recent post here where people were having similar problems. SI works fine in Sonar.
Have you reported the problem to Cakewalk.

What kind of audio interface (sound card) are you using? What operating system?

Noam, just so you understand: this is not an official Cakewalk technical support forum. This is a users' forum and since most people here use Sonar as their host, it's possible that nobody else has run into this problem.

You could try contacting tech support, or looking in the Support area in the Knowledge Base for Studio Instruments. This entry might be relevant:

Have you reported this to Cakewalk? Nobody paid us anything, this is a peer to peer forum. We are all just users like yourself. If some one knows the answer they will probably help but as the majority here are Sonar or Home Studio users and as Studio Instruments works fine in those applications it's hard to help.

You are not the first on this forum to ask about a similar problem. Submit a fault report to Cakewalk. Here is how to do it. http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=1594962
