Studio Instruments

I just downloaded sonar home studio 7 xl and can't figure out how to open the studio instuments what should i do?

    You should be able to click on the plus button on the top left, add synth track, and then you should see Studio Instruments folder, within that would be the different instruments available. If you don't see it, check your plugin manager on the top under Tools. Also, double check what folder you installed it under. Maybe Sonar doesn't see the plugin folder?...
    I'm still sorta noob, so I'm sure somone can give better directions. Good Luck dude

    not sure about HS.. but you should be able to just insert synth..

    errm the stand alone version of SI I bought, has executable files also .. BUT you just insert it or you have a synth rack? if it's newly added.. just do a re-scan (if you have scan on start off) , maybe it's not listed

    Hey thanks for this thread guys!  I just installed HS XL two days ago and have been banging my head against the wall trying to figure out how to get SI into my project.  Funny that it seems so obvious after you all explained where it was, but this software can seem a bit overwhelming at first.

    Anyway, thanks again!  This is a great forum.
