StudioLogic SL-990xp: Map Sustain Pedal From Ch1 to Omni (1-16)

I have a keyboard (Sudiologic SL-990xp) that Xmit's sustain pedal messages only on Ch1 no matter what the MIDI channel is set to.  Great keyboard but not so great MIDI planning.  I'm trying to control multiple vst's during live performance inside Sonar, but really need the sustain to work on all.

Is there a way to map Sustain messages from ch1 to ch1-16 (Omni)?  That could do it for me.  I looked at [class="nav"] MIDI-OX, but doesn't seem to do it either.  All suggestions are greatly welcome.
