StudioMix and Bus Automation

Does anyone know how to use StudioMix to control more than one bus at a time?

As it is, the StudioMix plug-in allows you to control tracks and bank of tracks with the first 8 faders, but just one bus with the 9th fader. You can use the 9th fader to control any of the buses, but you are limited to just one at a time.  There doesn’t appear to be a way to have the first 8 faders “jump” over to the bus side.

As suggested elsewhere on this forum, I am using the StudioMix plug-in in conjunction with the Cakewalk Generic Surface (CGS) plug-in in order to work around the fact that the StudioMix plug-in doesn’t have WAI . But CGS doesn’t jump over to the buses either.

The ACT plug-in does and I have used it successfully with my Axiom 61 and Korg Nanokontrol this way, but would like to use the StudioMix to take advantage of its motorized faders for the buses as well.  Unfortunately, ACT doesn’t play nice with the NRPNs sent by the StudioMix.

Any workarounds?
