StudioVerb2 with 64 bit Splat on Windows 10

It seems StudioVerb2 will not install in 64 bit windows 10. It lived just fine on my 64 bit windows 7 system. It was my favorite go-to verb and am very disappointed now.

    OK, so does Studioverb not even come with SPLAT? I did a full 32 bit X1 install to get it. Originally I tried just installing the FX from the X1 installer but it would not install that way. I really don't want X1 on this system so I uninstalled it afterward.
     
    Studioverb2 won't work in any 64 bit versions of Sonar but it WILL work in all 32 bit versions.
     
    I am very disappointed no more.
