Stupid forum software

I've confirmed;

    I don't know the platform you are using when you access the forum, but lots of folks use Chrome.

    I know that Firefox users can have issues with things like paragraph formatting and that sort of thing, and other browsers may or may not have their own idiosyncrasies.

    I use Chrome with the "Better Pop-up Blocker", which I had to disable on this site to reply to posts.

    Yeah - that makes sense.  I use Ghostery and AdBlock Plus on Chrome, but neither interfere with my use of the forum.

    I wish they would help me write better content though......

    I seem to recall needing to allow Chrome to allow pop-ups on this site as well.

    IOS uses Safari and Android uses a mobile version of Chrome. Either of those browsers on my PC work as does IE11 which is my default PC browser but it's not that I have a problem with, it's the mobile devices. And as I said in my other thread just now I am able to post at the moment - first time in 3 days.

    That's not unusual though. After some undetermined number of posts I'll open my device to reply to a post and I'll get the error message and that'll be it for days, even though I'll be able to start a thread or use my PC to connect over the same wifi network from home.

    I doubt there's a solution and I'm a pretty good troubleshooter. I'm just really wondering to what extent others have similar issues.

    Like even on the iPad using the full version of the forum not the mobile, I still don't see Avatar details with post count etc nor do I see signatures and comments connected with individual posts. Very strange because I see those details on other forums like the Presonus forum.
