Stylus RMX owners - what does "edit suite" button do?

Hi, all!
 
I've been reading a review of Stylus RMX on this site

and the fourth photo (right before the paragraph which starts with "While not quite as advanced as Omnisphere's Library...") shows a button named "edit suite."
 
Could you please explain what that button does. Specifically, does it allow renaming of suites and elements? And if yes, does that apply only to suites and elements in your "favorites" folder (as shown on that photo), or does that apply to the original factory suites and elements too? Thank you!
