Suggestion Boxes

I think that if a company invites input from employees via a Suggestion Box, they should be obligated to consider the suggestions.  No matter how many times I stuff the Suggestion Box with ideas such as “Bring your Panther to Work Day”, “Cubicle Paintball”, “Conference Room Liposuction”, “Whack-a-Boss”,  “Underwater Thursdays”, or “Office Full of Eels”, it appears that no one gives these gems any real consideration.  Instead, they just remove the Suggestion Box.  People in HR sometimes look at me strangely. 

Finding such a culprit would be difficult.  There are so many to choose from...

On another note, I had a friend who kept electric eels in 7 large tanks where he lived (in his mother's basement).  When he complained about running out of space for his school of eels, I suggested that he consider putting some inside his waterbed.  Think of the nightly massages...

He didn't buy the idea.

People in HR sometimes look at me strangely.

 
Total OT have you ever wondered way they call it Human resources? 
 
All the HR staff I have ever had anything to do with can not possibly be human.
 
 
PS I see nothing wrong with your suggestions I would elevate this to your line manager I am sure he will see to it that the solution to your dilemma with the company will be quickly resolved.
 
Job prospects good in your area.

That's odd.  They do.  They really do.  I've been wondering what's wrong with them. 

Sometimes, it's nothing more than a simple question like, "I wonder how long it would take to completely burn off your eyebrows?"  Or an simple statement of fact like, "Clubbing seal pups can be quite a workout".  Or an observation like, "Life is short, and you decided to spend it in this cubicle..."

Go figure.
