Superior Drummer 2 doesn't see new SDX...SOLVED

Install on new New York Vol. 2 SDX went just fine...seemingly...but when I open SD2 in Sonar to load and then authorize it, it doesn't show up in the list of SDXs.  However, if I try and "add path" to it, it says I already have that SDX.  Weird.

Mod...or anyone else who has a clue, please hip me, will ya?

Just and FYI.  Turns out there's a downloadable file from toontrack that fixes this problem.  It's a DVD installer file.  Everything hot straight and normal now.

Don't know. And only found the solution (file) by going to my account at toon and seeing it as a download.

For some reason, it doesn't affect everybody.  Me, on my installation DVD, I've never had an issue and I've probably installed it more than anyone here.

All that said, standard operating procedure is to go to your Toontracks product page and check for updates as soon as you install any product or library.  It's just like any release from a software company, as soon as the product hits the gold stage and is released to duplication, the beta team is still finding a niggle here and there and fixes are being developed for those issues.  That's why the initial patch for SONAR always comes out blindingly fast - they've been working on it for the past six to eight weeks.
