Support? 64Bit MP3 Encoder

Can someone help me out here?

I'm trying to get the 64Bit version of the MP3 encoder.  It's not a separate purchase, and I've read that if you contact Cakewalk they will send you the updated version if you have the 32bit version.

I logged a problem ticket on the 9th March, but haven't seen any reply.

Can someone from Cakewalk tell me what I need to do?  :(

You'll have to wait unless you can phone Cake. If you phone, they setup sending you an email while you're on the phone with them. It's really fast. By the time you're off the phone, you have an email with the download link to the 64bit version of the Activator.

When you say "problem ticket" do you mean you sent e-mail to tech support? If so, they should have gotten back to you pretty quickly. I would call them, or send another email; the first one must have gotten lost in the shuffle... or you missed the reply somehow. Check your e-mail spam/junk folder.

Just keep sending requests in. I finally called a second time and got results. Sometimes Cake is slow.

Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.
