Support and Customer Service hours

Hey I haven't called Cake for a while but am having trouble downloading X2. Email said to call but they were closed.
I checked the site and it tells me hours are 1 to 6.

I wonder if anyone here knows if that's due to the storm or if they're just slowly shutting down service options?
Cheers

Could be storm issue related? I had no trouble downloading when I did it although it took some time to complete.

Hope you get it ok... the lanes are actually an improvement IMO for one.

I had huge problems downloading X2. First I blamed my rotten www connection here in the Austrian outback but the actual problem was that the source files / links going missing on the cake side half way through the download. got me quite frustrated but 2 days later it worked just fine ... maybe it's just their servers being overloaded ?

Actually the point of this is that they've the support hours to 1 to 6.
Ben says they did that in the summer.
Seems like with the launch of a new version and a new OS they'd add support not cut it back.

Flky I think it's my POS Time Warner internet service.
    It's a huge download too.
I gave up and ordered the discs.
