Support options don't work
Any advice on how to get support. I have now been triple billed for my Platinum upgrade. I have tried to schedule a phone apt every day for a week and it says no options. I emailed twice early last week and still no response. (however this will need to be a phone contact issue) I hate to call my credit card for fraud investigations, but I may have to as by the pattern, they will likely charge again.
