I occasionally have weird dreams where I'm wandering some wacky music store and most of the guits are similar to this...
 
Then I try to play them but the strings/fret configs keep morphing or the strings plain old disappear and a sense of musical inadequacy washes over me.

WOW!

I went for the followup today. At this point I 'm NOT going to let them try to rebuild anything. I still choke while drinking and eating. The real bummer with that is I don't have functioning saliva glands so I have to take a lot of sips which means a lot of choking.People can understand me much better now so I may just leave it at that and just enjoy what time I have
