Sweetwater Creation Station and Sonar 7 Issues

Greetings...I've posted this also in the "Computer" forum so I hope that is ok...

I've just slapped down some big bucks on Sweetwater Creation Station Rack XT (their top of the line) and I am having major issues with Sonar's Cakewalk Fx plugins. I am running Sonar 7 Producer and whenever I try to load the Cakewalk Fx Reverb the entire computer locks up.

All the other Fx plugins work fine...just not the ones under "Cakewalk". Sweetwater tech has been trying to help me but to no avail thus far.

CSrackXT is a i7 quad core, 2.66Ghz system with 6GB of RAM...although with Vista 32 I can utilize 4 gigs. The Dell Dual Core 2.13ghz with Windows XP Media Centre Edition I replaced runs all the Fx plugins just fine including the Cakewalk fx. Currently I have to render an audio project out and send to this computer to add the effect I want.

A side note of interest....my laptop is running Vista Business and I loaded Sonar on this machine and the Cakewalk Fx plugins work just fine...so I'm tending to believe it has something to do with the CSrackXT.

I would appreciate any help in the matter.
