Sync video of sonar 7 with project 5

Hi All,

I would like to know if there is a way to use project 5 only and hava video playback at the same time.
I have sonar 7 producer edition, but find the internface tricky compared to roject 5 v2.5, I have never used it to be honest, All I want is compose my songs on Project 5 v2.5 but have my video sync at the same time.
I could not find a single plugin in Porject 5 itself which coul let me do that, I was synching about using the Sonar 7 video play back tool but I cannot find a way to sync sonar and project 5 but have project 5 as the master.

Any idea pleae?

    Geez, Ben, it has been a while, but if you rewire in P5 it all should be synced together.  Of course, SONAR is the master but when you start it P5 should follow merrily along.
