Synth in Sonar X1 Studio

Sorry but I speak little English. Months ago I purchased Sonar X1 Studio. Sonar X1 has various synth inside, but only Z3 is installed correctly: Z3: OK PSYN II: no preset installed Pentagon I: installed incorrectly Rapture: no preset installed I'm no expert but I have tried in all ways to understand each other.
