Synth patch browser

Clicking patch browser in the inspector doesn't work. Only after selecting a different track (can be an audio track) and then going back to the desired midi track will the patch browser open.
( I'm on 03.2017? not quite shure)

Tracking: Sonar Platinum (X3 Producer, X2 studio, X1 expanded, 8.3) (64bit)
System: Win10 Pro (64bit), Asus  P8Z77 V Le Plus, I7-3770k, 16GB Ram, SSD System drive, Raid1 Recording & Backup drive, VS-700 Set, TC Konnekt 48
Instruments: Roland Juno Stage, Kawai CA5, Washburn X50Pro, Blackstar-One100, Merida,...

    Try going to Command Center, then right-click and go to the Roll Back back menu. The latest version of SONAR (2017.07 Early Access build 23.7.0.30) will be available at the bottom of the list (unless already installed). You can always check your current build within SONAR by checking the Help | About SONAR page.
