Synth tracks suddenly incresess by +6 dB or more without touching anything
I cant use sonar now. I have been working some and suddenly this happened. So i saved and it seems that it is stuck to the saving file. It happened at once to two Native Instruments synths and Dimension Pro. If there is no fix i have to quit using Sonar and start using something else. How can a software destroy your work in this way? This has happened to the same Native Instruments Synths before too.

The only thing i did to the tracks is take them out ot freeze mode to be edited. Even tho te tracks are leveled down on the volume knob as it was in the mix they peak on the meters.

Well, Native Instruments synths have a default setting that used to spike MY volumes, even after I turned them down. For my situation, I went into each affected instrument (in Kontakt and Battery 3) and I would go into the Instrument Options and remove the check box that had been pre-checked to tie or accept CC7 and CC11 changes - or something like that. It has been a long time since I addressed that issue, so please forgive me for being hazy on recalling the specific wording on the option.
Anyways, removing that check box fixed it for me - it might be worth your looking at. I DO recall doing it for both Battery 3 and Kontakt, and it might have been for specific instruments, loaded into either synths. Anyways, for Kontakt, I recall clicking on the Wrench and getting into the instrument options, and the option is I think: "Accept standard controllers for Volume and Pan" - please give that a try and see if that helps.
