SynthRack Controls Missing

I hope someone can help me.
I have a little problem with the SynthRack (X3d).
Under Assigned Controls the knobs are just missing.
Seems to me some problems with graphic / png files. But i have no idea where to look.

    Is this affecting all projects? If you replace or reassign them do the graphics come back? In any case, 'repersonalizing' SONAR by starting it while holding Shift may restore the graphics.

    SONAR Platinum x64, 2x MOTU 2408/PCIe-424  (24-bit, 48kHz)

    X3e performs the repersonalization process, wonder what really fixed the problem
