Sysex View - can't delete lines anymore EDIT: Also can't delete line in Event view

Occasionally I buy professional MIDI files.  They always come with Sysex commands.  I usually open the Sysex view and simply delete them using my Delete key.  This doesn't work any more.  (cf: other problem reports re. keys not doing what they are supposed to do?).  Right click doesn't help - there's no option to delete.  I know I can opt to not have the commands actioned but this seems like a bug.  Can someone check before I CWBRN it please?

Edit: If I open File/Clear in the Sysex view I can (laboriously) delete the lines... I'd rather simply hit Delete like in the good old days...
Edit 2: Event List view - Delete key doesn't work here either.

Delete key is working for me in both Sysx view and the Event View using the SONAR Platinum [2017.01] release.  There were cases in earlier releases related to "Dock at Top" with the Synth Rack that caused default key shortcuts, such as the Delete key, to no longer work, but I haven't run into any issues in the latest release.

Thanks for checking that out Ron.  I updated to the 2017.01 release as soon as it was in my Command Centre, so I can't think what could possibly be wrong.
Edit: My version is 23.1.0 Build 32 [2017.01]

I went into Preferences/Keyboard Shortcuts and manually bound the Delete key to Delete Event, and I had to do that for both the Event List bindings list and the Sysex Bindings list.  Seems bizarre and wrong to have to go under the bonnet like that, but I'll see how it goes.

21.1.0 Build 32 is the same build I am running here.  I am stumped as well.  Until I read your next post, I was going to ask if you had previously bound the delete key.  Some users found that after the shortcut key problem was fixed, that having the delete key already bound caused problems in other views.  Sorry I couldn't help.

No, you have helped Ron. After the update (Dec?) that mucked up some of the shortcut keys I manually bound the Delete key globally, i.e. the default range, not for individual views such as Tracks, Event List, etc.  So that would seem to be the explanation.  Many thanks.
