System crash.

I am presently working on a project and want to print the staff view for one of the instruments.
A) I highlight the specific track
B) I click on staff view
C) The staff view appears at the bottom of the screen
D) I click on print
E) I am taken to my print menu
F) I click on print
G) I get the following message " SonarPDR.exe has stopped working " and with that Sonar stops working and the program closes.

NOTE: This is the first time it has happened to me. I have printed staff views before without any issues.  ???????

Help please.

Thank you in advance for any reply.
Regards

Gerry

Hi. Which version of SONAR do you use?
Which version of Windows are you on? Perhaps a Win update, or a lack of one?
If on a later (2015->) SONAR, perhaps try to do a rollback?
The more info you give about your setup, the easier it is to help.
Best of luck.

I urge you to update to X3e, as that had a lot of bug fixes and improvements.

Try loading the project in safe mode by holding SHIFT key while opening the project
Sometimes this is enough to get a project to run properly
Safe mode has an option to skip loading plug-ins. Sometimes taking this option is part of the solution.

Maybe printer driver conflict?  Try setting the printer option to print to PDF.

DAW: CbB; Sonar Platinum, and others ...

After installing Sonar X3 64 bits, was finally able to print the staff view.
Still do not understand as I was able to do it before installing 64 bits.
Mystery??????
Thank you everyone for your help.
Regrads

Gerry.
