TH2 Producer is not sold separately. Overloud, the maker of TH2 does not sell the product anymore, it has been replaced by TH3. According to their website the full version of TH3 comes in AudioUnit, RTAS (ProTools), AAX64 (ProTools 10 and 11) and VST formats. #2
