TH2 full edition upgrade

on my facebook feed, it says I can upgrade to the full version for $99... but only until Oct 31st.  I wasn't aware there was a time limit on this.  does the upgrade become not available on November 1st, or does the price go up, and if so to what?

    It would appear that the both Overloud upgrades, TH2 and BReverb are expiring at the end of the month. I bet the will appear again probably around Christmas.
