There's a lot of these types of videos online if you look for them. They won't exactly revolutionize your life but they can make little improvements here and there. Years ago I watched a blurry Japanese video about how to fold a t-shirt perfectly in seconds and I've used the method ever since, it's amazing. I've had people come up to me in the laundromat and ask me how to do it.
On the other hand, I learned a new way to peel an orange from a video recently and while it was good, I went back to the old way after deciding it wasn't worth the hassle.
