Tacos! I Want Tacos!

no pills today but my jaw and neck are hurting a bit. I have my usual craving for tacos but I Am afraid I Am incapable of devouring them as I Am used to. Still it's tempting.

    I still can't talk either which most of everyone I know would tell you "that's a good thing".

    You know, 25 years ago I worked in a restaurant.
    The manager and the chef had visited Louisiana for inspiration
    They wanted to bring cajun food to the Netherlands.
     
    We served:
    Jambalaya, Gumbo Soup, Blackened Fish, Alligator Stew, Ribs, etcetera.
