Take Lanes - Numbering of Lanes when Cloning Tracks

Greetings All,
With looping takes during recording -

I found that in X2/X2a, if you clone the track to maintain all of it's properties, the take numbers continue on from the previous track's Take Lane count.
...and it even gives you a bunch of empty tracks...presumably to show previous takes in previous tracks?
(Keep in mind I'm cloning a track, loop recording a song section, cloning the track again to loop record the next section, etc...)

Has anyone seen this yet?

Next session I'll set up multiple tracks at once, then set them all manually in hopes of always starting at take #1...
It's great that the Take Lanes auto-number for you, and the notes area is convenient...

But I guess I'm hoping for a work-around, where I can save time during the session by cloning, yet always start the loop recording with Take Lane #1.

Any ideas?

Thanks for all suggestions,
MG
