Takes A Long Time To Download?

Is that the case - really slow?  I get to about 30 percent on X2 Prod Part 1, with about an hr to go, and then that's about it.  Have gone through sequence about 4 times now.  Not on my end I don't think.  Can access web at normal speeds and data flow from other pc's.
 
Seems like I remember X1 taking a long time too

    What browser are you using?  Do you have cable modem or DSL? If you're using Internet Explorer (don't know why anyone would), you should download the free download manager to manage the download. If you're using Chrome, it takes care of that for you.

    Cable.  It's fast.  What download manager?  Did a quick search here and didn't get a hit.

    With Firefox it took me 32 hours.

    Download speed was around 15k.

    Other sites usually report 200k or more.
