Cover? No way. No good reason when you have the creativity you and
others here have.

I would go for a three piece with vocal and harmony.
Focus on getting a great tune with most excellent tones and mix.

Maybe a backing track for lead but nothing more.

Three piece can showcase everything IMO.
 
Oh...and no funny stuff. Show what you can do in all aspects...no friggin'
excuses. Get serious.
