Tascam FW-1884 in X2?

Hi Folks,

I have installed X2 and then X2a, and have noticed that the pan controls on my FW-1884 no longer work. They still work fine on X1. I was playing with a few parameters a while back when I first installed X2, so it is possible I caused this problem. If anyone else has a Tascam FW-1884 with X2, I would appreciate you chiming in on your experience.

Thanks,

sja

Soooo sorry - stupid post on my part, having nothing whatsoever to do with the original post. Bob Bone

Is the 1884 still showing up as the active control surface? If you go into preferences on it are all the proper setting still selected for it to be a functioning control surface? My 1082 would sometimes lose its setting and this would happen. just a thought.

    sja,
Everything is working fine here (well not the EQ section).
I don't think the "reset, rescan" applies here.
The FW is not a VST.
You've got some other issue evidently...

No problems here with X2 and FW-1884 that didn't exist prior to X2.  Haven't installed X2a yet.  My OS is W7x64.
