Tascam US 4X4 can't record with SONAR LE

Hi I am a beginner in Sonar LE.  I am using Tascam US 4X4 with 4 mics as input. However, I am not getting it to record anything. Can anyone help me on this issue?

    Make sure you go into preferences/device. Make sure your device iis checked off. Also make sure your input echo and record buttons are enabled on each track.
