Tempo track / time signature change workflow question

Hey all, here's a little question for you.

Lately I have started using SONAR more again because there are parts of it that I really like.
One of the main things that keeps me from using it as my main DAW, aside from a USABLE SCORE EDITOR is the absence of a track / lane that contains the tempo track and time signature changes in the main window.
The music I write has plenty of time signature / speed shifts and I find that time and again I prefer other DAWs because, in case of having to rearrange parts of the composition, I can just select all I see on screen and move stuff around.
I am sure that some of you have had the same thought and found a usable workflow. Do you mind if I pick your brains for a sec, please?
Questions:

1) in case you have a section of the song that contains multiple time sig changes, let's say four bars of 4/4, 7/8, 6/8, 11/16 (taken from my last tune), how do you go about with, for example, moving the section four bars ahead to accommodate for an extra section?
2) Is there an intuitive way to see the music AND the time signature markers at the same time, on the same line so I can move everything at the same time?
3) I understand the tempo track doesn't have node points like the volume automation lane. If you have to do a rall, let's say from 120 BPM to 85 in the space of three bars, how do you program it? Is there an option to have SONAR calculate the points in between?
4) Is there a key command to have the pen tool snap to round values of the tempo grid?I find that it takes some extra clicks to make sure the new tempo is 82 and not 82.15

Thanks very much for your help
