Bristol-Jonesey (Colin) - I was a little surprised when perusing the songs forum to see Tender Surrender resurrected from the archives as that song was posted originally in Feb of 2011. I appreciate your listen, comments and stumbling across the song. Vai is a favorite of mine as well and I wanted to keep it true to form with a little twist of original interpretation. Great all around! Something subtle that I didn't see mentioned is the bass tone is killer for this song. I like your version quite a bit. Great work.
