I had to go and listen to a SV rendition of this.... after listening to your version.

Very good cover. You certainly have the chops needed to pull this off in such a fine fashion.

I agree..... we do have some very very talented musicians here..... from all musical walks of life.

It was a pleasure to listen.

Bristol-Jonesey (Colin) - I was a little surprised when perusing the songs forum to see Tender Surrender resurrected from the archives as that song was posted originally in Feb of 2011. I appreciate your listen, comments and stumbling across the song. Vai is a favorite of mine as well and I wanted to keep it true to form with a little twist of original interpretation. Thanks again.

Lynn - Appreciate your comments. This was a particularly fun song to work out. Generally the stuff I post is for the purpose of comments on overall song quality/performance, listenability, mixing, arrangement, mastering comments. Maybe I will do another one of these guitar focused songs;)

Panu - Thanks so much for the comments, and the Mods;) I am quite sure you could pull this off, I have listened to your stuff.

Mesh - Thanks for the listen and comment. Hope you like the other stuff. It is all over the place musically.

Robby - Thanks for the listen. And it's actually been 2 1/2 years;)

Frank - Thank you for the comment, you have knocked a few out of the park yourself. Appreciate the listen.

Eric - Thank you. Appreciate the listen. I agree with you on the talents, there are so many talented individuals on this forum, all with different approaches. I have learned so much here from there comments and help over the years.

Herb - Appreciate the listen and comment.    The SV version is a bit different, I am a horn and string fan so had to stick some in there for good measure.    Glad you like it.

Great all around! Something subtle that I didn't see mentioned is the bass tone is killer for this song. I like your version quite a bit. Great work.

Great playing Markno999!

I like to tones you got in the middle section when the guitar part opens up.

Thanks for sharing!
