Text Color in the Main Control Bar - Changeable??

In X1 Studio I'm finding that the Main Control Bar (normally at the top of the screen) has text labels for items like Icons, Performance, Loops, and Punch In/Out and others.  Unfortunately the text is too dark to read against the amazingly dark backgrounds.  I have changed some colors and tried the various presets but I can't find where the text color in the Control Bar is managed.

Does that exist or am I just missing it?

Yes, I am referring primarily to the Control Bar Titles (eg, titles for Loop, Performance, Punch In/Out,...) and the text labels below the main icons (eg, Smart Tool, Select Tool, Move Tool,...)
They are all a fairly dark grey on a almost black background.  Not really readable.

I took at look at some of Panu's mods (suggested in post #3 above).  All I found were skins (I think that's what they were).  I saw a screen shot of a wild one he did and it had green text titles in the Control Bar.  I guess skins can do more than the color options editor.
