Text to Speech - Sonar - Wav - Kontackt 4

I am looking for text to speech software (freeware preferred) that saves to wav files in film quality sound otput using very natural free voices. Once the text is saved as an wav file and then bring in the wav file into Sonar 8.53 or Sonar X1 where the wav file can be cleaned up or reworked. Also, does anyone know if Komplete 8 - Kontakt 4 can be used with natural voices for a text to speech type work. Or, files that could be used for making voice tracks?

    Isn't that much asked - really, rreally unrealistically much asked?? Some secret governement organisations may have such, but they're not free, and they're not allowed to tell :o)

    SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
