Thanks for this forum!
I started with 8.5 then X-1 and now X-2. Just recently i joined the forum. Ive had a few problems like most people on here and i wanted to say thanks to the people who take the time to try and help and so far always have helped me fix a problem or give opinions for plugins or audio interfaces that ive asked about. I read other peoples post and thers always someone willing to try and help. Ive been reading the forum tonight and ive read some that people just want gripe about the forum or gripe about Sonar so i just wanted to say i like this forum and i like Sonar X-2 and thanks to all the people who always want to help me and others out!

You're welcome. But if we're doing doing a good enough job sometime in the future, "we'll try harder".

IMHO this forum is one of Sonar's greatest assets, it's a gold mine of information. Such a shame the search function doesn't work properly but use google with site:forum.cakewalk.com in the search terms and you'll find almost anything you want to know. I wouldn't take too much notice of the gripers, the world's full of 'em.

This forum is excellent. I would say that almost every problem I've encountered has been solved here. There's always someone who has had the same difficulty, or has the knowledge, and is willing to give a little bit of time, advice and support. Long may it continue.

Couldn't agree more with whats being said, being new to using recording software I have found the members of this forum to be helpful compared to another forum for fishing that I go on. There are great guys on here with years of knowledge who will answer any question no matter how stupid you may think it sounds.

I agree with Dude Ivey. This is a great group of people that are willing to help anyone. Although I do not post much I have learned a ton about Sonar X1 by reading these forums. Some of my problems were already answered in this forum. As always about 99% of my problems were "wetware", i.e. me. Thanx again for freely sharing your knowledge. I for one greatly appreciate it.

I'll 4th or 5th this motion. While I do not post much, I read a lot and the information found here is invaluable. And the membership being as helpful as they are is unsurpassed. If it hadn't been for Karl, I'd still be trying to figure out why the MCU lights weren't lighting. Thanks again for Everyone ! Bill CHO
