The Beagle Fred.

Beagle,

We all (all us Bapu's) implore you to slow down your posting.

It can only hurt you us in the long run.

    (Bapu, you distract him and I'll get the head-cone ready.  He'll be so busy with it, he won't have time to post.)

    Do you hear a growling noise?

    No increase your post rate Beagle, if Bapu manages to get the highest post count then goodness knows what that sense of power will do to him.

    He could become unbearable.  So for everybodies sake Beagle keep posting all our futures (including Bapu's) depend on you.

    Alternatively, it might not even matter.

    No you weren't quicker it's just that Beagle was posting at 48,000 hz so they hit the forum at the same time but the forum sofware arbitrarily chose the 44,100 hz one to display first.

    It does happen like that but it's nothing to worry about, the timing is still identical.

    So, JB... it's a conversion issue to be reckoned with?

    Will Cake fix it or is it an ASP Playground issue?

    What tempo is this bloody thing running at?

    It's Willy - he limits the timing resolution of your posts.

    Resolution = (Posting Frequency)/((Willy limit)*(Posting Speed)

     In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.
